With a career spanning 17 years across the beverage, manufacturing and logistics sectors, Themba Mafereka brings a wealth of multi-disciplinary expertise to Auxera Group. Themba is dedicated to more than just business growth, he is a specialist in change strategy, leadership and human capital, focused on building resilient solutions that drive client success.
His extensive background includes a decade in temporary employment services (TES), where he managed complex operations for the manufacturing, warehousing and logistics industries. This experience, combined with a strong foundation in Key Account Management and sales, allows him to view business challenges through a dual lens of operational efficiency and client-centric growth.
Themba's leadership is backed by a robust academic foundation. His vision for Auxera Group is rooted in the belief that a business's strength lies in the depth of its relationships and agility of its processes. By bridging the gap between sales and operational excellence, Themba ensures that Auxera Group delivers sustainable value to every partner, community and the environment it operates in.

Recognised for operational leadership, technical depth, and the ability to drive complex engineering and construction programmes from concept through commissioning with precision, discipline, and strategic foresight.
Having worked across Africa and other global markets, Quentin has successfully led cross-functional teams, managed high-value EPC portfolios, and built strong partner ecosystems that enable seamless project execution. His career is defined by a commitment to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality excellence, rigorous project controls, and a leadership style that empowers people while maintaining uncompromising delivery standards.
Quentin specialises in operational strategy, multi-disciplinary integration, risk-managed execution, and building scalable systems that support sustainable growth. With a proven track record in high-pressure environments, he brings a blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and operational discipline that strengthens organisational performance and drives long-term value.
